Transform your yarn into something beautiful and functional! In this creative workshop, students will learn how to make coiled yarn baskets, an accessible and meditative technique perfect for showing off the rich natural colors created in the previous yarn dyeing class.

Participants who joined the Natural Plant Yarn Dyeing workshop are encouraged to bring the yarn they dyed to use in their basket design. This is a wonderful way to give that yarn new life in a tactile, textured form.

New students are also welcome! If you didn’t attend the dyeing class, you’ll have access to a selection of naturally dyed yarn from the previous workshop to work with.

All skill levels are welcome—no prior basket-making experience needed. All materials will be provided, though bringing your own yarn is encouraged for a more personal touch.
