ARTISTS INTAKE FORM

Shipping: Artists are responsible for delivery and pick-up of artworks, unless other arrangements have been made.

Insurance: The utmost care will be taken in handling all works. Vita Art Center is not responsible for faulty hangers or mounts on framed or unframed works. Our insurance covers 50% of the listing price while it’s in our care.

Commission: There is a 40% commission to Vita Art Center on all sales during the exhibition.
